![]() So big shout out to Jaime Beauseigneur, the manager, and Michael Stewart, our server at the Winter Haven, FL location. He was funny, polite, and pretty much catered to us to make sure we were happy. He was on his toes and did not stop the whole time. Our server Mike was also one of the best servers ever. There were a couple of small tables empty next to our friends who were there separately so we asked the manager if we could scoot them all together and she said no problem. We ended up with only 10 people, but had a place to sit within 30 minutes. So we went straight up there and they were super nice and accommodating. So we called Outback and they said no problem, we'll put you on the list, it might be about an hour wait. My husband called back and asked to speak to a manager and he said it would be a 3-4 wait which was ridiculous. We called Longhorn and they were so short and rude, stating they had already reached their large party limit (we called at 5:30 pm). ![]() We were trying to find a steakhouse to accommodate a party of 16 for my husband's birthday. We are so extremely pleased with the service we received at our local Outback in Winter Haven, FL. See pictures for details on the meals and stuff. Some interesting team work going on here serving the tables. I believe they specialize in ice cream but that was a great burger. If you ate here in 1955 you probably still do because it's great. This has got to be where Winter Haven's George an Biff hung out in the 50s, I'm sure of this. Whether you're 7 or 70 i think this place will have something you’ll like. Out for a drive tonight and ran across this place. They may have remodeled and rebranded but nothing changed. Same problem from 7 years ago, still exist today. Very overpriced but price is consistent with other establishments like this. The 2 employees who brought the bill (not the waitress) and our box (another lady who appeared to be a manager maybe?) never questioned the food wasn’t ate. Only ate 1/4 of steak bowl and none of the chicken tenders. Burger was like a school lunch burger and was not as ordered (no ketchup). The batter used was a fish batter and fries were a bit over done. Steak bowl was underwhelming - Chipotle has a better bowl - and lots cheaper. Cheesy tator tots were good but nothing special. We waited longer for bill and a box (they had to get more from Tropical Smoothie) than for the food.įood was blah. Other waitresses were move involved with tables. The bartender was our waitress and to be honest she is probably great when not doing multiple tables and the bar. Hosts were fantastic - friendly, warm, welcoming. Upgraded to 2 star as the atmosphere and remodel is great. Decided since the remodel and rebranding we would try again as we were downtown for Saturday market.
